Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee or other suitable solutions, such as a partial refund or a discount code, depending on the nature of the issue with the product and what best suits our customer. If you have received your order and the product is damaged during shipping, has defects, or does not match the description, please contact us with your order number through the Contact page within 15 days of receiving the order. Together we will find the best solution for you!
  • Typically, orders are delivered within 5-21 days. However, if you haven't received your order within 30 days, please contact us through the Contact page.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • BabySplash™ cannot issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
